In April, 2026, Metropolitan Marine Maintenance Contractors’ Association (“MMMCA”) experienced a security incident which impacted participants receiving employee benefits through the Metro-ILA Pension Fund, Metro-ILA Fringe Benefit Fund and Metro-ILA Individual Account Retirement Fund (the “Funds”). If you are a participant receiving benefits from the Funds, your personal information may have been impacted by this security incident. MMMCA has already provided notice directly by mail to those impacted persons for whom MMMCA has confirmed addresses.
